PADI Basic Mermaid Course
Dip your fins into the world of Mermaiding! The PADI Basic Mermaid course is perfect for first timers who are ready to put on a tail and try mermaid swimming in the comfort of a pool or pool-like shore site. Mermaids and mermen will gain comfort swimming in the tail on the surface and underwater before progressing to tricks and longer swims in the full Mermaid Course.
Zephyr Diving's PADI Basic Mermaid Course embraces the playful theatricality of mermaiding while relaxing into the simplicity of being beneath the water's surface.
During your course, you'll review techniques for swims and floats with a tail before progressing to basic breathhold methods and diving procedures. You'll enjoy underwater meramid swims using dynamic dolphin kicks. We'll take photos and videos throughout your experience so you'll have memories to share!
Zephyr Diving's courses are held in Jacksonville and the Florida Springs. We are an inclusive community and all are welcome!
