PADI Advanced Freediver Course
Continue your journey as a Freediver in PADI's Advanced Freediver Course. You'll build on the foundation from your Freediver course and learn to hold your breath for longer and go deeper.
The PADI Advanced Freediver Course includes some self-study through the Freediver eLearning, which will be sent to you after booking your class. The class itself includes a knowledge development session to review key concepts for Advanced Freediving, breathwork, equalization clinic, a pool session, and an open water session. We typically hold the class over 2 days.

Static Apnea: 2.5 minutes
Dynamic Apnea: 50m (165 ft)
Constant Weight: 20m (65 ft)
Zephyr Diving's courses are held in Jacksonville and the Florida Springs, with occasional trips to South Florida.
